Guidelines for Show & Tell

As for the first edition in 2021, BeGeo2023 will replicate this new type of presentation called “Show & Tell” aimed at giving space to speaker’s creativity.

The speakers will have the opportunity to present their works using a different way than the traditional ones (e.g.: experiments, rock samples, minerals, thin sections, scale reproductions, and so on).

Please notify us at least two weeks before the start of the conference about the type of presentation in order to provide the appropriate area and materials. The ‘’Show & Tell’’ will be organized according to the number of participants.

The presentation will take place in a dedicated space equipped with large tables and what is needed for the presentation (such as monitors, optical microscope, etc.). Any inquiries regarding the arrangements for the Show & Tell presenters (e.g., special tools, tables, etc.) should be addressed to begeoscientists@gmail.com – email object “SHOW AND TELL equipment request”.
